AVN is an active and reputable electrical wholesaler, specialized in Marine Electrics, based in Papendrecht, Rotterdam region. We deliver our customers all about Power and Light.

Our customers are technical wholesalers, industry, and technical services institutions and service suppliers. In particular, we have our clients in the maritime shipping industry and offshore with ship suppliers, chandlers and shipbuilders. Our customers are located through the entire Netherlands and far beyond. We are also working with IMPA and ISSA codes.

History

AVN van Nieuwenhuizen is founded mid 80s by Ad van Nieuwenhuizen sr. Roots of the company will be found in the sales of batteries and flashlights. Since the 90s Ad jr. joined the company and the business continued to grow and even so the product range with a comprehensive package of lightning, special lamps, cable reels, (ship) cable, plugs and table sockets. In 2009 they moved to a new building with ample storage and offices in Papendrecht, Rotterdam region. From there, customers are daily served, advised and supplied with an extensive range of products.

The strength of AVN is our extensive international network with good purchasing channels for the well known brands as well as the more special products. As a family company we are committed to speed and service. In our compact organization, the communication lines are short and we can quickly switch and accelerate.
